Bought a Used truck from Munday chevy in Huston Texas. Big Mistake payed cash. First problem Mark in financing would not show zero balance on receipt .I told him I don't want to leave here without zero balance Shown.He commented I'm not going to change my Program just to show zero balance Should have walked away then. Next problem Oscar was my salesman the truck i purchased had outside key pad witch they did not have the code-He said he would call back well no call luckily i found previous owner in formation in the truck and got it Next problem Title I was from out of state so title information was sent to title Company in Colorado I was sent a form vehicle registration receipt. with tags but My salesman finance person and title person were all told buy me to and by Fax to get me 18, 000 pound tags each one passing the buck to next person in line Guess what i received in the Mail standard tags .Now IM pissed off call the dealership . no one calls me back so I keep calling for answers every one is at lunch or gone home early imagine that .it seemed when i was purchasing my truck every one was there to take my money !!! still no title
