According to MBD, I've had an account with Truworths 1998. A whopping 13 years ago...For the record, I've never had an account with Truworths. MBD can not supply me with any proof that I signed for anything. But they want 3 x speciman signatures from me. To what do they want to compare my signature with.I never had an account. Truworths has sent me last year a store card in the post to activate. I also did not activate it as I feel they are trying to hold me responsible for someone elses debt as it is. For the last 3 years I have been harrassed with phone calls and once a week I get an sms from MBD prompting me to pay the account. I have been threatened with legal action on which I replied that I will welcome that then I can actually defend myself in court. But up to date no legal action except that they keep on listing me with I.T.C...without any proof. I say again, I HAVE NEVER HAD AN A TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT!!!
