Further to my complaint regarding engraving, I have still no reply from this shop, however the shop assistant who would not give his name or the Managers name to me is the actual Manager of the shop this wasn't difficult to find out, I would not advise anyone to go to this shop under any circumstances, I am persuing my complaint via another route, there is not a lot of money concerned but I feel its the principle of the matter which is important, watch this space.
