Murray's Discount Auto Stores in Eastlake, Ohio is a good store in general. But it is being wrecked by the disorderly conduct of an elderly argumentative salesman who works there and who has a defiant attitude (as of Nov 2008). He derives pleasure by giving everyone a hard time. He bosses customers around and likes to reprimand other Murray's employers in a rude fashion in view of the customers. Employees who behave like that should be fired on the spot.
