Musaddiq Rehman & AHGR8 hired our firm to provide certain creative services. They paid with a check. Immediately, the bank processing the check notified us that there was a hold on the check. We withheld further work on the project -- although work had already been provided in reliance on the check tendered -- until the check was slated to clear. Of course, the check bounced. Not only have they made no attempt to pay for the services already received, make good on the bad check, they actually are attacking our firm for trying to collect!
