When your child is physically unable to play an instrument for several months due to an unexpected surgery to repair severed nerves and tendons in his hand, they require that you pay for lessons for those months anyway. They have no exceptions to their policy, and say it is "just business". Business policies should include doing what is right and showing compassion for the children they teach.
