I have NEVER had a problem reedeming a gift card until now. Created an account and is unable to sign in . It tells me I have wrong pass word and wrong birthday so they then lock my account for 8 hours. So I preseed to try again later the SAME thing happens. I tried to have them e-mail me, they say the did .but NOTHING. Christmas is coming I would recomed you send gift cards from some where else. I am sooooooooooooo frustrarted.

Wish I would have seen the list of complaints about this company before I ordered from them. I placed a order from them on December 9th and never recieved my merchandise. I have called and e mailed them with no success. All the other complaints are right on the money. No return email or phone call. Can not get a live person and the memory is always full. Do not order from them
