I can not connect to MusicMatch at all, I can get the music but can't make a CD, I have emailed them at least 10-15 times asking what to do and they don't help at all. All I asked for was to talk to a person and they don't do that. I don't know what else to do but try and get my money back. I will have to go elsewhere. I have had jukeboxes in the past and they worked just fine so I know it's not my computer. Please help me get this resolved.
