It is a Poker odds calculator for online game, and I have paid for the it with my credit card, and they took the money. The licence key for the program arrived but it did not work. I sent an email to their support address, and they changed one letter in the licence name but it did not work either.

It has been 4 days now that their last answer arrived, but no progress whatsoever since then, despite my many emails.

I am really upset, because i paid a $100 for the thing but i cannot use it.

Their customer service is a piece of **** it is not permissable for a company not to answer for 4 days., i tried sending my mails from another address too, but no answer for that either...
