I ordered boots for my daughter for xmas 2009 . They took £71 payment immediately I placed the order. The boots did not arrive and when I queried it the sales team said they'd refund my money. I have now waited for two months, sent numerous emails and am still out of pocket. My last email has not been responded to at all. I am extremely frustrated and would advise don not buy from this online store.
