My account had two deductions for $19.95. When I found these in my account I went to my bank. This is not scam this is FRAUD. The bank employee got a person on the phone. Numerous times she asked for my name or my phone number or my card number. We couldn't understand much of what she said. They are now getting a fraud charge against them. They could not find my account by name or phone number, requested my card number and I refused to tell them.

My money will be put in my account and the bank will continue with this case for me.
