We were charged two seperate charges by MVQ valmax after spending 1.00 to get a friends phone number through intellius. The intellius representative was able to see that a pop up came on the screen while we were ordering the phone number and was closed out within 40 seconds (this is what must have been their advertisement and a statement of charges...for what I still don't know.) The operator was quick to help and even offered to "connect me" with Valmax, she then placed me on hold for about 2 minutes and said my charges would be refunded promptly. I did receive a confirmation number and a name--- we will see if this reversal occurs. ONE PROBLEM THEY HAVE NOT SOLVED-- we don't use this bank account, and now it has been overdrawn due to this activity. So I also have 70$$ worth of fees from the bank to deal with...
