I was searching the web for a consolidation loan to take care of my high interest loans and payday loans. I almost get to the end of one application and this box comes up saying that no matter what I do I will be charged the 29.95. and sure enough it pops up. there is no number on the transaction and all the numbers that I try can't seem to find me so I can get this resolved. I know there has to be someone else out there with this same problem. Please help
