I have been ripped off by these fraudulent people who have deceived me out of money on two occasions, promising me that I will be able to make money on line. They have set up two web sites for me which are as useful as a ashtray on a motorcycle. These sites do not make the money that they state. I have made nothing at all on them. How can one go about having these type of people prosecuted, and stopped from ripping more people off from their hard earned money.
