why does the email address and phone number they was invalid? And there is no way to cancel out the product? Is there a way to help me about it? What a mistake!

They do not answer phones invalid email. I will be placing a complaint with the State of Washington. This is a scam they delay sending sample so they can bill for the full order. My order # 425860. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company also.
