I have fallen victim t0 a free trial of acacia weight loss product, I wish to cancel receiving any product and cannot contact anyone..
The product I receive is labelled differently to the Free Trial offered, I am now being charged for product on an ongoing basis (which I have yet to receive) and am unable to cancel.. In the terms and conditions you may cancel at anytime by simply phoning or email. I cannot get through via phone and there is no email contact!! This is out right fraud and legal action needs to be undertaken to prevent this from reocccuring and to holding this company accountable to allowing people to easily make contact for queries or cancellation as stiputaled in their own conditions!!
