I placed and order for the trial size offer on 1/18/09. This product never arrived. My credit card was charged for shipping. I called the company and spoke to both a customer service rep and a supervisor.
The order stated my zip code and state plus my home address correctly. The company says the order was returned because there was no city on the on line order I submitted. First I do not believe that this is true and secondly the correct zip code was included therefore there is only one city with that zip code in the U.S.
This company is a SCAM operation. Others need to be aware of this "company".
