I had replied to an ad on internet for a free trial of My ever bright so I went ahead and ordered it. Well I was billed before I even recieved the product so when I called they said I have ran out of time but they did send out the monthly ever bright to me on April 15th and I asked for the trial on April 6th. Well since I did not call to cancel they took it out of my account. A Supervisor informed me that I will not be getting a refund because I refused to send back the product but how can I send something back I do not have. So I believe I will not be see that money back because they put in my statement that I refused but I did not because I have nothing to send back. I think this is a faud and suggest do not do this free trial because you may be billed for something that was not sent to you regardless and read at the bottom of the terms and conditions. They have the right to refuse to give a refund to anyone so I maybe the one because I called to complain. Lets see if they accually send me my product that they took my money for.
