This fake company is stealing money from people by offering a grants from the government and charging a fee. They are based out of Canada but use Champlain New York as a fake address. If anybody has been ripped off by this fake company, please complain to whoever will listen and take action. If you mailed money to them, you can contact US Mail fraud department and file a case.
