Comcast gets over so much! I had an account with Comcast, paid them in full and cut my service off. Just last Saturday August21, I called to have my service restored and was given a service date of Thursday between 1-3, No Service, I called back and asked why didn't anyone come out to service my home. And I was advised that someone did come out but I wasn't home. LIES! I had a new service date of Sunday(today) 1-3 and again NO Service. I am irrate now. I see so many drivers driving around lolly gaggin on their cell phones and milking the clock, always parked up somewhere in some girl face. These technicines need some type of GPS in their trucks so their boss can see where they are at any given time. Still no service. Now I have to wait until Wednesday again 1-3 to get service. No what am I to do, just start service with Direct Tv so when it rains I won't get any service at all. I WANT MY CABLE ON NOW!!!(smdh) then they want to give me a ticket number(186-5619 and 1865711 like that is instant access to watching tv. This is so sicken. The government started this shit when they took our analog away and make everything digital and those damn converter box don't even work . No now Comcast can treat us like dook cause we need to watch tv. (sad)
