It is a mattress company. I thought I placed an order for a 3 inch memory foam topper. Upon receiving the item I measured it. It measured only 2 and one quarter inches. I called and was told, Oh No, you ordered a 2 inch topper. So I proceeded to go back online to check. That evening I was blocked from accessing the web site.My rest .com. The next day I finally got back to the web site. I checked the price of the 15 year 3 inch warranteed matress cover and it shows a price of 169.00. The next day, today 3-31-06, I call again and the support help says again Im mistaken about all my facts. I've been web shopping for over 7 years.and have never been this wrong on any order. I' ve shopped Overstock. QVC, HSN, Sears. Kmart, Americas mall and many more. I have never had any problems wit any of these companies. How come . my rest .com. can't admit they are in the wrong and have made me a lifetime dissatisfied customer; with the biggest mouth good and bad on the internet.
