Receive phone call from representative. Was asked to pay $1.98 for shipping & handling for the grant funding CD. Was informed by representtive that no additional charges would follow. Was not advised that this was a subscription as they now claim. A couple of days later the same card used to pay for shipping & handling was charged 70.00.
