I was also duped. I bought clothes from a well known online retailer at Christmas and when I checked my credit card satement in March I realised that I was being charged £10 from my time rewards and £10 from shoppers discounts. I did not agree to join either of these, let alone give them my credit card details. I phoned their contact number 08082341539 and asked the girl to stop both payments, which she did and I also asked for a refund which she said would be refunded to my credit card. Six x £10 payments. The girl did not seem surprised that I wanted to cancel, or even ask for a reason. I shall wait and see if my refund appears on my next credit card bill. It will make me very wary about buying any goods on the internet now.
