This company held products I ordered for over a month because of a backordered item. When they finally sent the items, one was missing and I never received a credit for the item which they had charged me for at the time it was ordered. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone in person and if you have the opportunity to do so they cannot do anything to help you.
I would not recommend dealing with them even though their prices are good.
I have had to put in two disputes against them with my credit card company.
