I had trouble with them from day one. I was quoted the siding for my home would take a week to finish. They finished in 2 - 3 days! They had to come back numerous times for poor work (siding falling off, work not performed well at all)!! The manager had come out and had a portion of the back of my house redone by another contractor! This happened 2-3 times (different contractors every time).
Originally, I had 2-3 extra boxes of siding they over ordered (I paid for) and they took it!! I tried to speak to someone regarding the on going problems to see the protocol (money back guarentee). No one would return my calls nor answer my questions and I still have problems with the siding! The secretary even had her brother in-law come out to fix it (2 times). There was no paper work involved when he came out. Ususally you have to sign off when the work is completed. I asked with no response.
Now, I need some of that extra siding and this so-called business of incompetent a-holes are no where to be found!! Every number is disconnected!!
