Never received a reply from any of my email asking them what happened, being that my card was charged. Do not buy from this website. They don't have a phone number to reach them. They are a SCAM. If you are looking to buy UGG boots, go to official website for retailers. Now that I looked, mycoolstyles.com is not on their list.
