I signed up with mycreditgroup to clear up my credit and I decided that it was not the right decision for me. The process fee is $99. The day after I signed up I canceled. MyCreditGroup took the money out of my account the same day but I have not yet recieved my refund and it has been three weeks. I just don't think it is right for them to hold on to my money especially since they have not done anything. If I don't recieve my money soon, I will be filing a complaint again them for this is just wrong.
