Ordered a handbag, they sent a wrong one that seem to fake. They claim everything is authentic...BS. I contacted customer service they sent me free ups label to return. Does not tell me if I'm going to be refunded OR send me the right bag I ordered. I called phone number and all I get is answering service. Left few messages, does not reply back. Not a good business to deal with from my experience. How can you send a wrong item and not apologize for the mistake and communicate to fix it. This spells ripoff, liars, bad business.
