Order on Feb17TH and paid the same day on mt credit card. Found out a week later the $6000.00+ item was not in stock but would ship the next week (week 2) It is over 3 weeks now and they say it shipped yesterday but have not sent me the tracking number as promised... I have the bill on my credit card and still no item

(Edited February 20, 2009. by welchatquietplease) not an authorized marantz dealer. this means your warranty will not be honored by marantz, though mdu says it will process the warranty service on your behalf (maybe this is ok for you, not me). i refused delivery after learning this, and was eventually refunded my charge. so this ended ok for me, but i'd rather not have gone through it.
