i have been charged $89.31 from my bank account (on nov. 17th) and have attempted to contact the telephone number on my bank statement 877-859-1105 off and on since i received my statement in Dec. unable to get through on this number...have actually stayed on hold over 1hr on more than one occasion. need help kelly parris
