I initially placed two small orders with this website and everything went fine. Their customer service skills were excellent. I used the live chat facility and they were there every time to answer my questions. The orders were received within ten days. However since then I placed a large order using bitcoins as the card option was no longer available. It has been three weeks and I have not received my order and although it says that people are online for the live chat, nobody has answered any of my requests for information. They simply have not replied. I have also sent them three emails and I have had no response. So it looks like I've been scammed.
