no product received and charged multipal times, no answer at customer service

I requested a CD on how to make money on Google. I never received any type of information from this company until they started taking money out of my bank account. I have been charged 3 times in 2 months and have not been able to get any response from the company. When you call the above number, you will get a recording stating that all customer services reps are currently busy, for faster service go to the web site and e-mail them regarding your questions. I have sent multiple e-mails and have never received any response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Never received any merchandise

I ordered a CD to make money with Google and all of a sudden, I started to get money pulled out of my account without receiving the CD. I attempted to call and cancel, but either I was put on hold and I gave up or it was busy or before/after hours. I can never seem to get a hold of these people, but will try again to receive a refund. They have taken money out of my account twice, once for $98.04 on 5-10-09 and again (still pending charge) for $48.16. It was only suppose to be a $1.95 charge, but ended up being a lot more.
