I am a tech savy teacher who knows how to read 'the fine print' before ordering an online offer. When I 'qualified for' & ordered a 'discounted' Gov Grant CD on 2/1/09 that was advertized on Yahoo, there was no warning, or 'box of information' on the website about any 'trial membership period' that, if not canceled, would result in a $39.95 recurring charge to my account. When I found the charge and called, they cancelled 'the membership' but would not refund my account. Apparently, the company, JRS Media, has revised their website to include a 'disclaimer box' that alerts potential customers to what they are 'authorizing', but that disclaimer WAS NOT THERE before. This complaint website even has an advertisement on it called Government Grant Solutions.com that is from the same company, JRS Media, which uses Barack Obama's name, the recognition of the stimulus package & Logos from CNN, MSNBC to promote their product and 'sucker you in'. Beware!
