I received an phone call several times about government grants being offered and an website to go to. The offer was a free CD with shipping and handling charges of $2.29 which I agreed to. The offer never said a charge of $39.95 would be charged afterwards. Like I said it was a free CD which I have yet to receive. I did not authorize this whithdrawl from my account and I want it refunded. The company can keep the CD. I don't seem to be getting it anyway, but I better get my money back. It's pretty bad when our own government is scamming us now. How do I get my money back????????????????
