I ordered the mypostalexam.com study guide to find out it is a scam and is not even associated with the United States Postal Service. I emailed the contact listed on mypostalexam.com's website (there are no phone numbers listed) requesting my money back. I received a response from mypostalexam.com (the person's name is Cheryl) asking for my address and my confirmation from the website. I sent her the info and she replied saying the refund had been submitted. She also wrote the following "I’m really sorry this didn’t work out. We strive to keep our customers satisfied and happy. I’ll submit your refund ASAP. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 7-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement." I waited over 10 days and no refund was applied to my account-I even called my bank to verify. I have emailed Cheryl again and have not been receiving any responses. This company is a totally scam!
