I have also been burned by Myshpae. When I made a purchase in December, their return policy was very explicitly spelled out - items could be returned for up to 30 days after their ship date. When I tried to return the items within this time frame, I was told that the company was no longer accepting returns. If this has also happened to you, please, please, please file complaints with the FTC and the CA Attorney General's Office. If enough people complain, one of these organizations may be able to step in and help.
