I was sitting through a presentation for a Travel Club and was promised a free cruise and a 3day/2 night vacation. Neither the Cruise or the 2 night vacation vouchers were honored. Also Spirit Incentives Customer Service is very rude and definitely no Customer Service at all. You have to go online mystpage.com, fill out there form and travel dates. I gave 3 for the cruise and 3 for the hotel stay. Of course none of the 6 in total travel dates were available. You had to constantly send them back vouchers with addtl.travel dates, just to get another correspondence that they can't honor those dates either. Also with the cruise the dates are not available, plus they want you to upgrade. It is a complete scam, waste of money, time, post stamps (6 in total) energy and aggrevation. Stay away from Spirit Incentives. The only Positive is that you will eventually get your deposit back. This is one of the most horrible customer services I'v ever experienced. NONE -NOT ONE OF THE DATES EVER GOT HONORED (and I gave all kind of dates: OCT/DEC/FEB/JULY/SEPT) WHY IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS? THEY SHOULD HAVE A BETTER WATCHDOG OUT THERE AND MAKE THEM PAY FOR DAMAGES FOR LOST TIME/MONEY, ETC.
