It's unbelivable!!! I have bought a new MYVI1.3 from BEST JOHAN SDN BHD, Sungai Petani, Kedah on 30.04.2011 and found the front cover of my new car with a dot of rusty. Salesgirl try to rub it but failed to do so and ask me to go to their Workshop, after checked by the Technician, he informed me they do not have painting facility and advise me to see the Salesgirl for help. I go back to see the Salesgirl and after she chat thru phone and told me she has to get an approval letter from her boss in order to go to the paint shop. Few weeks has gone and still waiting for their call, although I have SMS to them, but I was told their boss outstation. Very very disappointed with such " New "car. No QA checking before delivered???
