I was trying to buy a prepaid visa debit card for the Internet and have found the web-site
http://www.myzps.com
I've paid my money, then they've sent me a card. But it didn't work at all. They havn't responded to my numerous requests to give me a new card number or refund my money back.
Be carefull. Don't trust
