I asked them to change the filter in one of my A/C units, they said they will go out the very next day. I tried to get a hold of someone regarding my order and they keep saying someone will call me back. a week later I got a hold of "Berry" witch stated they were busy with preferred customers and said will go out the next day for sure. The next day I call to make sure they are coming out and the "owner" picks up and says they will not do the job because "last time it took a long time for them to get paid" (I have never call this company before) after him saying that and making me wait over a week I knew they were armatures and un professional I would never want this company to do any work for me or anyone I know. Not sure if the company is licensed anyway.
