On December 4th I took my Jeep to this station to have an inspection sticker put on. Zee Haidar, the owner, took my keys and drove my Jeep into the bay and performed the usual tests. After 5 minutes, he backed my Jeep out with a rejection sticker on it. I was told that both of my back brakes were bad, that in fact one was not functioning at all. Now this man did not take the tire off the Jeep, nor were my brakes squeaking or scraping at all. He insisted I needed him to replace both brakes right away or I ran the risk of accident or the police could impound my car. I had to work, so I left. The next day I took my Jeep to 2 different and independent inspection stations and both put the Jeep on the lift, took off the tires and announced my brakes were fine. I got a valid inspection sticker. I was told by one of the stations that I was the third customer to report this same scam. All the same, bad brakes. I have reported this to the state inspection board, but wanted to get the word out about this gas station and it's scam.
