I put Unsociliced Phone Calls as it was the only thing that was close. I am getting E-mails regarding some Sears Gift Card from an organizatin called Consumer Study group. I also received a similar e-mail for JCPenny. The only way to get rid of them, according to the e-mail, is to go on the site and aks to be removed. However, the removal is not direct connected, so you need to copy the site and paste it and then contact this company for removal. This is not the way remove is supposed to work and I find it offensive for you to be connected to these people and in some way have them represent themselves as Sears@Gift Card Survey. It sounds like some sort of scam connected to your good name.

found the add in a newspaper- called and had to pay $119.95 for start-up pkg- sent me a packet- sent out letters to people- went to bank to set up a checking acct for business and lady at bank ask questions about it and she told me it didn't sound right so she looked up the # on internet and # was under investigation i called better business burero i gave thenm the address and the lady said it was in someone elses address that it was a scam- every letter i sent out i've almost gotten everyone back- saying no one by that name- can't forward-address not known, ect- so i want to sue these people for what they have done

I depurted from Blantyre, Malawi on 2nd July 2008 via Johansburg and arrived on 3rd July at Dhaka Zia International Airport. My luggahe was lost which reference No. was 19357.

Then I informed from Dubai that my luggage has arrived. I have collected my luggage on 31-7-2008 but there are some goods was missed. I reported about my missing goods. But no body is communicating with me about missing items. I tried to communicate with Emirates Baggage section by Tel No. 8916112 mant times. but no body pick up the phone. At last some One Mr. Salauddin pick up the phone. I talk with him about missing goods. but he completely denied about missing goods and misbehaved with me. I have the written documents with missing goods from the Airport.

My question wheather I would recive my missing items or compensation for it?

I did not authorize 29.95 deduction from my credit account. I only authorized 1.00 initially. I have contacted authorities. Furthermore I have in good faith attempted to contact your agency several times but with no results. If I am not contacted by e-mail or phone in 5 working days I will be initiating a civil suit along with damages. All correspondence are copied and sent to my attorneys as well.
