unauthorized charges
I was charged 14.95 for something I never signed up for after receiving a free credit report. This occured twice with no services requested or received and no reason was given for the charge of 14.95.

Bad Service!
Stay away from this bank! ...I mean that.
I have a newegg preffered account which is managed by this bank. I have called customer service 3 times for some account information and when they do not have the answer all they do is hang up the phone on you!
You can not get a live person if you call back, all you get is a recording with your balance and your payment due date.
This is rude!
Do not have business with this bank!

DONNA FRANCA TOURS
PLEASE stay away from Donna Franca Tours. I have copies of all the email correspondence and the blatant lies are rampant. They (a certain person working there), says he booked, then he didn't book. SWORE he didn't have our credit card, then a flight gets booked - a non-refundable flight!! How was that done WITHOUT a credit card I ask?!!!
Just too many inconsistancies and bold face lies. The travel experience should be one of pleasure when you're paying a travel agent a fee and they get a commission - it certainly is NOT with this "tour" company. Don't be fooled with their years in business. STAY AWAY, there's soooo many more reputable agents out there.
