I contacted the above named company over taking unauthorized sums from my debit account, they immediately cancelled the membership.

I have sent many emails since requesting they refund my account giving them details and the reasons why, todate they have ignored all my emails.

At the very time when they asummed I had joined their mem;
I was in dispute with Credit Score company over the samething
who cancelled the membership and sent my Credit score report free of charge.
" IT WAS NO DOUBT A TIME OF CONFUSION"

As explained I am a Disabled Senior Cityzen having extreme
difficulties in meeting my domestics bills and weekly food why on
earth would request or indeed need such a luxuary service offered ?

Last month, my husband had a check directly deposited into his account. At that time the bank said his account was at a negative balance. They were fine about the balance until he went to withdraw money from his account. Upon opening his account he found out his identity was forged, making it impossible to be eligible for an account. He was able to make a small transaction days before they froze his funds completely. Keep in mind that once you bring your account back up to positive they are not supposed to close it. Besides, you have 60 days before that is supposed to happen. When the money was deposited into his account, Chase made it their business to collect their fees first then closed the account while my husband still had money in it. They have promised him the money they owe him to arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days. It has been well over a month and the check has not yet reached! He also went to his local branch and they told him to fill out a form to try and retrieve the missing check. When he asked why they could not just stop payment on the lost check and cut him a replacement check, they told him that he didn't have the funds in his account. We wonder why???
