I was charged for something i didnt order. The amount was 69.90 cents. I wanted to stop payment but its still pending. What do i do now?

i receive a CD but I don, t have instructions How and were I can go
and I spend Money every year to reach at list a dollars from the grant but is in useful
because I always lost my money that i paid for this Cds that I never get into the

they say is fast and easy but I never get Money
only I get webside and not even si the aplication to filed Up

There is a 29 dollar charge to my account for something I never recieved and I wnt my money back now!!

Second, I notified sale first and was told that they could not help me BUT if I contacted "pay-pal or city bank" they could help. I have never been refereed to a bank for a product's customer's service. If this is the correct avenue please note and confirm it for me. Thank you JMadsen
