Plastic packaging made product vile

i bought four boxes of their one lb. saltines in May. The user complained about the taste change. Upon taking the box out when i had lunch with him the package smelled moldy. After checking the the boxes which all were in date we had to put them in the trash. No wonder he lost his appetite earlier. I found the product so bad that the garage had to be aired. I tried for a week to contact Kraft foods. We will go to the FDA. Also of no surprise Kellog is recalling their cereals for a similar packaging problem.

Poor uality

Every day since I retired in 1996, I eat 14 Nabisco Premiumk Saltine crackers for lunch (a slioce of egg and tuna salad). The last three boxes of crackers have been terrible. They are thin and flaky. They crumble as soon as I pick them up. They even separate from front to back. 
At first, I thought it was just a bad batch, but I just opened a third box and it got worse. 
Are you tinkering with the product, like trying to make it thinner? 
Whatever you're doing, please stop it! I'm 76 years old and I don't need this aggravation! 
I'm mad as Hell and I'm not gonna take it anymore. 
I expect the courtesy of a reply, and it had better be a positive response, or I'm off to the market to search for a new Saltine source. 
By the way, the ID on the boxes all read the same: 
" 07 SEP 10 AZ 101 1146".
