I have been paying NABL (now USCT) for health insurance since Feb. 2010, and they have yet to pay a claim. I have contacted numerous times and been told about an address mix-up and backed-up claims therefrom repeatedly. To date they have not paid a single claim. I also use their Plan Rx for my prescriptions--that part of the insurance has been excellent, but hospital, doctor and dental bills are all currently being paid out of pocket by me. What recourse do I have against this company. Every time I call I get "Yes, I understand, we're doing our best, etc.", but after collecting over $2, 500.00 in fees from me, they've not paid a cent to my doctors, dentist, etc.
