today morning i recived a message to my mobile from this mobile number 22996717523 by stating that"congratulations! your mobile number has won 210, 000 pounds in the 2009 nokoia uk promo.ref no:... for claims call:+447035968560 and email :[email protected] "what does it means ??? can we belive this is this true??? are they trying to make us fools?? please take any action on them ..they asked me to mail them i did but no responce
