I was given a quote on building material (a lift of framing boards) and promised a delivery date, then the price was changed by .58 a board and the promised delivery would be delayed by two weeks which would cause all other trades to be delayed as well resulting in a great deal of expense. When I questioned the changes the employee basically told me I was lying and that there were no changes. When I called the manager of the store he told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I would recommend to anyone doing building of any kind to deal with a company that appreciates their customers and tries to rectify errors. Home Depot seems to have forgotten that without their customers they are nothing.
