I ordered the 3rd watch series for my Daughter for Christmas. I ordered and paid for it in 11-08, was guaranteed that it would be here in time. I then found out, that they had trouble with USPS, yeah right, and it was going to shipped by UPS. I thought, great they will have it here, UPS always delivers on time. I received my tracking # and proceded to check it everyday. It always read the same thing, that the order was placed, but not picked up yet. After several and I mean several E-mails, because of course their phone and live chat service never worked, they would not even reply with a nasty E-mail, which I had once received from Mary Smith. I then decided in Feb. to cancel the order and refund me my money. Well guess what, it is now July 2008 and I still have not received my refund. What is up with this. I do not think I will ever order from the internet again. Unless I know that it is an actual company. I hope everyone that is thinking of ordering from this joke of a company reads this, so they won't get ripped off, as I did.
